You’ll be met with warmth, respect, and non‑judgment. This is your space to breathe, reflect, and be heard.
A pace that honors your capacity
We move slowly and gently. You choose what we talk about and how deep we go.
Practical tools you can use in daily life
Grounding exercises, communication scripts, reflection prompts, boundary tools, and small, doable steps.
Consistency without pressure
Whether through calls, check‑ins, or texting support, you’ll have a reliable place to land.

What We Don’t Offer
To keep our work safe and clear, I do not provide:
• therapy or counseling
• diagnosis or treatment
• crisis intervention
• medical or psychiatric advice
• assessments or evaluations
If you ever need a higher level of support, I will help you identify appropriate resources.

How Sessions Work
1. Arrival + Check‑In
We begin with a grounding moment and a simple check‑in about how you’re arriving.
2. Exploration
You share whatever feels important—emotions, stress, boundaries, communication challenges, patterns, or anything on your mind.
3. Tools + Support
We use gentle, practical tools that support your emotional wellbeing.
4. Integration + Next Step
We end with a grounding moment and a small, compassionate next step.

Between‑Session Support
If your plan includes texting support, you can message me throughout the week. I respond during set hours with grounding, encouragement, and practical guidance.
This service is not 24/7 and not for crisis situations.

Your Role
You don’t need to prepare anything.
You don’t need to be “on.”
Your only job is to show up as you are and share what feels comfortable.

My Role

• Payment: Due at booking
